I have used WCI for a couple years. The crews that have come out have been great, but the owner David Jurgens is horrible. He does not respond when I contact him for help. I waited for over a year for them to fix one leak, and they never fixed the skimmer leak. I contacted him multiple times and he just ignored me. They recently took my pump motor and returned it the next day. It was leaking after it was reinstalled and I had to get someone else to fix it because David ignored me. There is even a question as to whether they did anything to fix the motor. I would not recommend WCI to anyone that wants to be treated with respect.
