If I could leave no stars I would. DO NOT go to this place for your cats. They will say they will do one thing but really do something else. I understand that they had to tip my cats ear but the amount they took off is ridiculous. I have two cats that have been neutered one his ear tipping was a little slit in his left ear but the other more than half his ear is gone. We will never come back here ever. This is actually ridiculous. Rude staff rude people. Oh also make sure you tell them that you want your pet to be called by their name that you gave them cause they won’t call them by their name. Animals have hearts too they can feel just like us. This staff is Robots they don’t care.
