Absolutely terrible. They don't even know how to use docu sign. Such a painful experience and I mean it. Settlement took 6 hours due to nothing but incompetence by entire team. Wish I could rate less than 0.
I was raised that if you can’t say something nice, then don’t saying anything at all.
I was sadden that you could not give a zero star. Completely dissatisfied.
Ted schrum was a great help. He shouted us all the houses we wanted to see. Never once did he refuse or said it wasn’t a good idea. He always told us what he though when we asked. We found the prefect house thanks to Ted.
