When location is important to you we have it all covered! Just minutes from I-480, I-77, Parmatown Mall, grocery stores, fitness facilities, golf courses, public transportation, major employers and Hopkins Airport! We are located opposite of the Big Creek Metropolitan Park that offers you a wonderful park environment. Our buildings are three floor garden style solid brick apartments. Each building has a first floor coin-less laundry facility and extra storage units included. This apartment community offers both 1 and 2 bedroom suites available for rent that include air conditioning. You can't find a better value in Parma!

I like this apartment complex a lot. The location is very convenient. It is quiet. The price is very reasonable. I haven't had any issues living here. Highly recommended!

We have been residents for over 4 years now and seen many changes. Love the new garage opener. That sure will come in handy when the weather gets colder. We are learning to live with many new neighbors and that'll take time again. Hope to get more lights outside and more secure doors to keep the unwanted out. Hopefully, people here will learn how the rules are meant to be. We look forward to another year here @ Westview.
