Horrible company to rent from. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!As a former tenant, I caution you to get in bed with this company. I had previously worked in a one on one approach with my landlord. About 1 1/2 years into my lease with original landlord I then got contacted that this company was taking over. It was all downhill from there. Poor response times and demands from the company not addressed in lease I signed with original landlord. Expecting them to stand by the original lease upon move out I was sadly mistaken. They did not honor anything in the lease upon move out & drained my whole security deposit. They claimed damages that were completely false. Claiming the dishwasher did not work when it was used just a day before move out. Claiming the TVs hung up on the wall (cleared by the original Landlord) is beyond west and tear. Claiming that cleaning deposit was non refundable then charging a second time for cleaning after move out. Moral of the story is if you want your security deposit back I’d stay far far away from this company. Scam artists to say the least.
