The quality of installation and customer service that I have received for the install of 20 replacement windows has been poor to say the least. Faulty craftsmanship and rude customer service is unacceptable. Please, do not use this company.

We’ve needed sliding door pa e replacements for 7 months due to field supervisor Stephens inability to get the correct item ordered. Materials were installed pretty shoddily as well as a foot lock, leaving 4 holes exposed with just a shrug as in “oh well”! What a poorly run company and no response from rep and no one higher up to speak with- do not buy from window world DFW!!!
