It’s hard to rate Wong. when it took 7 months to get the new furnaces and AC units working properly. I hired him in November 2019 and after 8-9 visits over 7 months, he finally (I hope) got everything working properly May 20, 2020.
I would not have given him a bad review, but he got mad at me and constantly texted nasty, sarcastic, critical, personal things to me AND REFUSED TO STOP. I had been very patient and kind for 6 months. Then I put my foot down and told him to fix everything and fix it immediately. He did not like that.
Miguel felt the best way to handle the situation was to make un of my work, attack me verbally, and keep it up, even after being told to stop. Like many men, Miguel needs to learn that NO means NO and STOP means STOP. I finally had to block his number.
Keep in mind that I paid, in full, in November 2019. He has been happily spending my money for 7 months, while I go without AC for two months and have to stay home every time he comes back. And then verbally attack a woman for finally demanding what she paid for? Miguel Wong is not a professional in my eyes.
