The consultation involves looking at the project and finding out what the customer wants, discussing any questions the customer has, looking at a portfolio of projects we have completed, and drawing it to scale. Once it has been drawn to scale, a formalized quote will be given. If the project is sold, then we will help with any Home Owner's Associations, Permits, and provide blueprints of the project for construction.
