I used them for over 3 years. This last service the machine broke. Thiese things can hapoen, however the owner directed the tech to leave the unfinished work, carpet wet throughout the house, for 2 days. I had to agreeably work to get something done and it wasnt till the following day that it happened. The owner also cancelled an appointment with a relative to spite a review.
