I never have to wait long, the staff is very professional and kind, and I love the new feature that lets me check in online.

The reception staff is very friendly as well as all of the nursing staff and practitioners. The wait is NOT bad at all. The environment is very clean and comfortable. And did I mention the receptionists are all very friendly and pleasant. I recommend it to everyone.
