I've been going to Dr. Young for the past 9 months to get implant supported upper dentures done. I paid in full $11,000 dollars upfront before any procedures were done. Everything was fine at first then the lies started. There was one lie after another about what Dr. Young promised me. Each time I confronted Dr Young about the procedures I was told by the Dr. that there was a miscommunication between the Dr. and me. There was no miscommunication, Dr. Young flat out lied. I got to the point where I just walked out on March 28th 2023 and decided to contact my dental provider and the ADA to report Dr. Young for paid procedures that were not done and for over billing. I've already spoke to my attorney and informed Dr. Young that if this is not resolved by Monday April 3rd 2023 I will proceed on the advise of my attorney. If you decide to go to Young Dental in Upland CA. think twice and then go elsewhere.
