Very bad business, I call for a service, they told me hold a second..... And well already pass 20 mins I'm still waiting, if this is the way they treat possible customers and is the way do the things I don't even think how the work can be done!!!!

Bait and switch ads. There are hidden fees. They knew their truck runs while the carpet is cleaned when the ran the as for $119.00. No mention of other fees in their radio ad but they charge an additional fee if $16.00 because their truck has to run while they clean the carpet. Really? $16.00 for an hour's worth of fuel? The girl said that the ad does state that there may be additional "service fees." I have listened again. The radio ad does NOT say this. If they are willing to lie about something that is so easily checked are the representations about how clean your carpet will he also lies? Don't do business with crafty liars.
