We were excited to learn all about how Posey’s Service has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Justin Posey.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Posey’s Service stand apart from their competitors. Justin told us that he is proud of his crew, and one of the biggest ways they are able to stand out is because of them. Justin said:
“We feel we have some of the best technicians around. We couldn’t be more pleased with the crew we have! It’s our 31st year, and things just seem to keep getting better and better for us.”
Justin also attributes their success to the way they are able to stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest technology.
“We never know what’s coming up, so we try to stay ready for anything!”
Building Success Through Customer Satisfaction
Outside of building a strong online reputation, Posey’s Service has managed to grow their business by advertising with CarFax. Whenever they get a review, CarFax is notified, and they send out a message to make sure the customer was satisfied. This service also ties into their Google searches. Other than that, they are focused on getting more referrals and organic growth.
