Joe Herron, Business Development Specialist at Time Staffing, generously gave us a few minutes of his time to tell us about this one-of-a-kind business and its award-winning online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that sets Time Staffing apart from the many other employment agencies in Ohio. Here’s Joe’s response:
“We have certified staffing specialists, who are certified through the American Staffing Society. It covers a lot of specialties. We focus on having at least one of those specialists in every branch to help better place candidates. We also have a BIG emphasis on performance and safety. They go hand in hand. We require our candidates to go through safety training and do inspections on the businesses in which they are placed. We make sure to follow up and make sure that the standards stay high. We are leading the industry in performance, too. The goal for us is to get candidates placed. We’re glad they look to us for help, but we would rather never see them again because they’re doing well! We place candidates well above the average rates through the staffing industry. We want to put people where they would fit well, not just put them in a position we need to fill.”
