We wanted to learn more about this two-time award winner and how they managed to build such an impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Chris Lippert, the owner of iRepair.
The first thing we wanted to know was what makes iRepair a one-of-a-kind computer repair company in North Dakota. Here’s what Chris had to say:
“I have over 20 years of experience and have seen almost every Apple product. We use the best parts we can get, not any cheap parts. We specialize in Apple products, which nobody else in town does. We offer a lifetime warranty on our parts as long as you have your phone. We sell refurbished Apple products as a national supplier”
Chris went on to tell us that the first computer he owned was an Apple and that he worked in Apple tech for many years before starting iRepair. iRepair was started after Chris’ daughter’s phone screen broke and they didn’t have insurance on it. Chris got the parts and fixed it himself, and he realized that phones were just mini computers and that he already had a lot of knowledge to fix them.
We also asked Chris what their mission is at iRepair and how they work to make the world a better place. Chris told us that they aim to be their community’s Apple experts.
