We wanted to learn a little more about Fayetteville Door Company and its outstanding online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with the Office Manager, Angelia Conner.
The first question we had for Angelia was what is it that sets Fayetteville Door Company apart from their competition in Arkansas. Here’s her response:
“We’ve been in business since 1983 and are locally owned and operated by the same family that founded the business. Our primary doors are Windsor doors. They’re built right here in Arkansas with US steel. In fact, we are the only factory authorized Lift Master dealer in northwest Arkansas that I’m aware of. Customer service is our main goal. We want to make sure our customers are happy!”
Angelia went on to add:
“We tend to specialize in hard-to-fit jobs. We also want to make sure that, if it’s a small issue, we don’t charge you for it. For instance, if there’s a tripped GFCI outlet causing a problem, we’re not going to charge you a service fee. Pushing a button isn’t worth $75.”
