Dr. Charlie Herman, the owner of River City Chiropractic, took some time to speak with our team about her clinic’s fabulous online reputation.
Naturally, we were particularly interested in finding out what makes River City Chiropractic such a stand-out business in Kansas. According to Dr. Herman, “Every chiropractor is different. I have a background in massage therapy, which makes me a little different. I have learned how the nervous system works with being a chiropractor and massage therapy.”
We also really wanted to know why Dr. Herman and her team do what they do. “Our mission is for our patients to optimize their lives. We do this by improving an aspect of their health. We want our patients to be the best they can be in and out of the office. We want to reduce pain and improve mobility,” she told us.
Building Success By Pacing Yourself
When it comes to a secret to success, Dr. Herman points to the fact that she and her team ask for reviews. She told us, “I can’t accept any gratuity since I am a doctor, so we tell them one of the best compliments is leaving a review. We don’t ask for a lot of reviews.”
