We were excited to learn all about how Electric Express has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Marcus.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Electric Express stand apart from their competitors. Marcus said that the key to their company is that they discuss everything upfront, and want to make sure that everything is out in the open and never misleading.
“I am more about relationship building. I want customers to realize there is more than just the job, I’m very big on honesty! …Treat every customer the way you want to treat your own mother.”
