We were excited to learn all about Dependable Garage and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Eli Moyal. Eli started the business in 2005, and he’s still out there in the field every day interacting with each and every one of his customers.
We wanted to know was what it is that makes Dependable Garage stand apart from its competitors. Eli told us all about their customer service, quality of product, quality of work, and availability. He said that they are usually able to get out to their customers within 24 hours. They also take the time to educate their customers about how things work and what to look out for.
He told us about the importance of never getting too comfortable:
“I think our competitors have gotten comfortable with where they are. In this industry, if you get comfortable, you start losing your position. We never get comfortable; every day is like day one for us.”
Eli continued, telling us about their dedication to quality and saying that their business is about more than making a sale:
“Our warranty and follow-up service is great as well. Sometimes, we may have to make a second or third visit with a customer. We show customers that we are not just there for their dollar; we really do want a long-term relationship.”
Building Success By Having A Vision
Dependable Garage has managed to earn a fantastic reputation, so we were excited to hear about some of the ways they have gotten their name out and grown their business. Eli told us that almost all of their business comes from word of mouth and referrals. He shared:
“We don’t want to get too busy because I find that quality can go down sometimes. I’d rather have more quality than more work.”
