The very first thing we wanted to know from Marcia was what it is that sets this business apart from others in the area. She said, “We employ installers year round, so you don’t have to worry about random subcontractors doing the work. We were founded by a group of brothers in 1976 with the idea to do their best together. Word of mouth is huge for us. We are part of a small community, and we want a good reputation. [It’s] about how you react to every situation.”
