We got a chance to chat with Amy about her business’ online reputation and overall success.
Of course, we first wanted to know what sets Amy Troute Inspired Interior Design apart from other Oregon interior design businesses. Amy said, “I set out to be the ‘anti-designer’ — meaning, I want to get my clients feedback and their vision, so I can then create a space that is personalized for them. I love to be able to help my clients create and pull together a space that feels like them.”
When asked about her business’ mission, Amy pointed to her team’s dedication to serving the client well. “I’m very passionate about what I do and I know this is very personal to my clients. I have seen my clients transform their lives after my projects are finished,” she said. “When my clients are involved with the decision process they take a sense of ownership for creating that project.”
Building Success Through Communication
According to Amy, her business’ secret to success has a lot to do with open communication. She said, “A lot of my success comes from the communication I have with my clients after the project is finished.
