We were excited to learn all about how Proscapes has been able to build such a stellar reputation, so we sat down with the head designer, Bob Wambach.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Proscapes stand apart from their competitors. According to Bob, the key difference between Proscapes and other landscapers in Wisconsin is their stability. He said, “We have a really good reputation and don’t have a lot of turnover. That benefits our referrals because the same crew will show up at the new job that did the referring job. There can be a lot of transient people in this field, but our staff is all career staff.”
For nearly two decades, Proscapes has been able to work off of referrals. Bob and his team believe that happy people don good work, so they focus on keeping a strong team.
