We were excited to learn all about Vision Martial Arts Academy and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the General Manager, Christian Caswell.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Vision Martial Arts Academy stand apart from its competitors. Christian told us about the unmatched level of training their employees receive. He said:
“We spend the most time focused on training our employees. We have the most trained employees, probably ever. We push ourselves, which helps us train our kids better. We do multiple, multiple hours of training. We make sure everyone is equipped with the tools they need to teach a class.”
