We were excited to learn all about how New Hope Massage has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner and operator, Natalie Marsh.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes New Hope Massage stand apart from their local competitors. We learned that Natalie brought the name “New Hope” to a co-op work setting and that there are six therapists who share the space. The passion this team has for what they do is what sets them apart.
We started talking about the business mission, which Natalie described as:
“[Our mission is] planting seeds. I want to provide my clients with new information to help them feel better. Massage therapy is a partnership — your massage therapist can’t ‘fix’ everything, but as a team, you can accomplish health care goals more effectively and easily.”
She shared:
“This isn’t about money for me; it’s about making life better for people.”
Building Success Through Connection
New Hope Massage has certainly managed to create an impressive online reputation. We wanted to know more about how they have marketed their company over the years. Natalie shared that a combination of things has led to their online success. With Natalie’s background in marketing and advertising, she knew the importance of organic referrals, so she coached her team on the importance of asking for reviews. She shared:

In addition to their many positive reviews, Natalie tells us that they also have an active social media presence. New Hope Massage has two Facebook pages, one for the business and one to help educate their clients.
