Our team got a chance to speak with Chrystal Copeland, the owner and massage therapist at Tree of Life Massage, about her business’ impressive online reputation.
As with all of our award winners, we wanted to know what this successful massage studio’s secret to success is. “We do everything ourselves and study how to market our company online. We make it a point to ask for reviews just once after the massage and tell the customers how much we appreciate them and their support of small and women-owned businesses,” Chrystal said.
Making the World a Better Place By Encouraging Whole-Family Wellness
Chrystal is particularly interested in ensuring that each member of a family is well-taken care of. “We specialize in pregnancy massage but will work with everyone. I believe there are different seasons of life and there is an appropriate time for a massage in every person’s life. I work with whole families and really enjoy that aspect of the job.”
