We wanted to know more about how Quality Pack & Load became an award-winning business, so we sat down with the owner, Rob Chapa, to ask a few questions.
First, we wanted to know about what it is that makes Quality Pack & Load different from its competitors. Rob’s response was:
“Our mission is to grant the best service. We are service providers. It is not about just moving our customers. It is about making it an experience. I have never asked for a review. All of our reviews are organic.”
Rob told us about growing up in this industry, working alongside his father as a child, and playing with his siblings at work. As a second generation mover, Rob has the years of experience to know exactly what the customers want.
Building Success Through Integrity and Professionalism
Quality Pack & Load certainly has grown an impressive reputation online, but we also wanted to know how else they market their business. Rob told us that they stay visible in the community by visiting realty companies and assisted living communities, and by offering more discounts than their competitors, including discounts to groups like teachers.
