We wanted to learn a little more about this one-of-a-kind business and its stand-out online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Charlotte Dawkins, the Front Office Manager at Southern Orthodontic Specialists.
The first question we had for Charlotte was what is it that sets Southern Orthodontic Specialists apart from their competition in Mississippi. Charlotte pointed to the fact that they’ve been around a long time and to their commitment to being kind, consider and to listen to their customers. Because there isn’t much turnover at Southern Orthodontic Specialists, many of the assistants have been there for a long time, giving patients the added benefit of working with the same people throughout the course of their treatment.
Charlotte went on to tell us that, at Southern Orthodontic Specialists, they make their aligners in-house with a 3D printer and they offer Damon Bracket, which is a technique and a type of bracket that makes it possible for patients to go longer between appointments.
