Eugene Peterchuk, the owner of Priceless Studio, took some time to chat with us about his business’ absolutely phenomenal online reputation.
First things first, we asked about what he believes to be the Priceless Studio secret to success. He credits their success, in large part, to their unique style and commitment to personalization. “We don’t do what everybody else does. If everyone is doing Pinterest photos, we’re not going to do that. We know we’re in a saturated market. If 19 photographers are doing it on Pinterest, we want to be the one that takes a different route,” he said. “In our eyes, that’s the attraction to our company. A lot of couples want romantic photos; some want modern photos; some want something else. We ask a lot of tough questions, and we make it known that we’re not a fit if we’re not. We want to make sure that our service is the one that they’re looking for. We genuinely want people to be happy, and if it’s not what we can give them, and if we’re apples and they want oranges, we won’t take them on — but we will refer them.”
Building Success By Building Relationships
We couldn’t let Eugene go without finding out his secret to success. He said, “The two main things that we focus on are quality and relationships. If those two things are tackled successfully, you’ll be able to thrive. We listen to the details and provide our services to spec — we don’t sell them what we want to sell, we sell them what they want to buy. They make the final choice, and we want them to be happy they worked with us.”
