We were excited to learn all about Wash Authority and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Karen.
Karen knew that she wanted to build a company together with her husband that she knew would make a difference. In 2013, they started Wash Authority with their faith as their foundation. They work hard to do more, be more, and give more.
We wanted to know was what it is that makes Wash Authority stand apart from its competitors. Karen told us that they focus on the client experience and do so with a dedication to excellent communication. They make sure that their customers are totally informed about their entire process, right from the first phone call. She said that they call all of their clients immediately to make sure they understand the proposal and will give them time to make a decision.
