I WAS CHARGED 61 EUROS FOR REFUSAL OF TAKING DOWN MY BAD REVIEW This company has charged me 61 EUROS, for the reason that I REFUSE TO REMOVE MY REVIEW of my experience with them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They manipulate their reviews and bribe customers. They bribed me after I experienced abuse from a worker at Boxie24, to take down my review, in turn give me 10% off and half a month free. When I visited the place and saw that things were damaged plus realising its an hour away from where they initially told me the storage was, plus the fact that the things are stored in cold conditions in an open warehouse, things stacked without any care at all - I wrote a new review which you can find here on Trustpilot. When I now refuse to take this one down, they charged me 61 EUROS which I do NOT owe them. This is absolutely unprofessional and completely illegal.

Horrific experience from day one Horrific experience from day one. I was verbally assaulted when two workers came to load my things in the van. One of them was very rude from the start and called me "Ugly Bi*tch" which is so extremely offensive and inappropriate, it made me feel horrible days after. Further, they did not carry my belongings with care or respect and I was told the wrong information from the start; that I was to have an actual storage space, but it turns out they store everything in a large cold warehouse which leaves my belongings damaged with mould and randomly stacked together in a cluster. I have expensive art photographs there that are now damaged. They have stacked sharp edges onto frames which leaves marks. Everything is done with complete carelessness. On top of this they told me the storage space was in Spandau which is not true, its one hour further away from Spandau. It took me over 2 hours to get there and 2 hours back. When I tried to arrange to go there just to pick some things up they made it super complicated and when I finally got there I understood why, because its a total scam. They were not friendly at all while I was there. If you want to have your belongings handled with arrogance and neglect, and risk of mould choose Boxie24, otherwise I strongly recommend choosing another company. They are extremely unprofessional. I very much regret having my stuff with them and am sad to have my things handled with such arrogance and that they are now damaged.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used them for my move and not only were they four hours late, but they were rude, When my stuff was returned three months later, they were again late and everything smelled and had water damage and mold. My brand new King Sized mattress was the worst with a huge water stain, but Queen mattress, rugs, towels, all smelled moldy and were damp. When I contacted the company they told me there was NO claims number and had to submit everything by e-mail. I immediately sent videos and photos of the damage. They took forever to respond (I had to buy a new mattress in the meantime) and then they did, they offered a paltry $200 that doesn't even cover my mattress damage. I am now stuck with $4,000 in things I have to replace. I could go on and on but save yourself the stress and use someone else.
