The process was explained in day 1 as incredibly involved but the reason for a 3 in experience is an occasional lack of communication or a miscommunication that resulted in unneccesary rework or delay. As a specific note, I was not instructed that closing costs needed to be EFT so I got a check for Magnolia. I was then instructed that I needed the check made to the title company, not that I needed EFT instructions. Then I signed for closing and asked the question after the notary didn't take my check. In all, I made 5 trips to the bank and sent the EFT 2 business days late over a single missed communication. In all, the team helped us navigate a very difficult process with the utmost professionalism.

My husband and I refinanced our home. We were a bit nervous because the original purchasing experience was a nightmare. Richie, Kelly and the rest of the team were amazing!! There wasn't a single question I had that wasn't answered in a matter of minutes. I didn't have to hunt them down and they worked so hard to get the lowest interest rate possible for us. They explained things we wasn't sure about and never once made us feel bad for not knowing. I would absolutely recommend Richie and his team to my own family and friends. First they are only bank we found that does the VA one time close construction loan. They are Richie and his team are awesome! They were there supporting my wife and i through the whole process their customer service Is the best I have ever dealt with.Our Journey together started in Mid to late 2019 on a home building project. They walked us through the processand really teaching us along the way. Then COVID-19 hit loans were all frozen at all banks for a while. Saif would call or email us with updates weekly until things opened up again. Then ou nonThen the lumber prices and building costs skyrocketed and building was no longer cost effective for us. We spoke with Richie and Saif about buying a pre-existing home. They were able to switch gears seamlessly and painlessly. Within 1 month we closed on our VA home loan and were able to move into our forever home. In our world today so many companies and banks have forgotten how important giving the customer that 1 on 1 attention is. Helping them and being honest about costs and what that final payment is going to look like.
