I was scammed out of $90 by this company. In January, I placed an order for 10 meals and received only 4. There are no customer service representatives available to talk with you or answer your emails. All phone calls go to a voicemail stating it's best to email their customer service. I reported this business to the BBB after I didn't receive a response from 4 emails over a one month period (sent from two different email addresses). They didn't even reply to the BBB with their two week response window. I'm so glad I didn't sign up for their 3,6, or 12 month meal packages. The four meals I did receive were below average compared to other meal heat-up delivery services I've tried. One had a main side dish of plain cauliflower - with no butter, spices, or mixture of ingredients.
