I called TAC to deal with a raccoon problem I was having. Brandon came right out, took a look,helped me get my account set up and then went on to handle the problem. I should say , this was AFTER I called a few other places and got static. One guy ignored my first call, and when I tracked him down said, " frankly, I don't want to have anything to do with them (raccoons)!" Take it from me; call TAC FIRST!
