Unusual situation. Forgot my unit in Oklahoma. I called the campground. No one had turned it in. Thought I would have to pay for lost unit but not have it. She immediately said she could send a refurbished one at no cost for me. It will be here in a few days. Made me a happy camper. Good to go!!!!!!
