Within 24 hours YOU gave me the last 10 minutes of your busy day of work as you were about to leave your new office. YOU provided me with Sympathetic EAR and Compassionate HEART. YOU not only gave me professional letter related to my loss of hearing and my inability to hear people while they wear masks-including myself-but also encouraged me to become an advocate of myself!
