After paying thousands of dollars in advance for bookkeeping and tax preparation, Wilson and Mildred became nearly impossible to reach. On the rare occasion that they did answer a phone call, we were assured that our bookkeeping was done and our tax filing was just around the corner. It's now well past the filing dates, and they still haven't shown us a P&L or completed any tax filings. Worse, after repeated requests and over a month past the late-filing deadline, we finally received a draft copy of our return. It had over $1,500,000 in transactions that were not made from any accounts that we own. Mildred has claimed that we're ineligible for a refund because they haven't had time to complete their services. Business taxes were due in March, it's November.
