I placed an order on August 10th, 2021. However it has been in the same status since 8/17/21 which is "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." This is a birthday gift for my son, whose birthday is 9/8/21. My mother also bought a gift for him from their website within a day or so from when I placed my order. I have sent an email and received no response. I've posted on their Facebook page, and have gotten no response. I also wanted to point out that their website states "Ships Out Within 1-2 Days As soon as you place your order we work quickly to ship your Mystery Box fast! Each order is shipped in a premium shipping bag made for this package deal." That seems to be false advertising, don't you think?
