I ordered back in January and recieved a shipment three weeks late, the receptionist told me it was late because they couldn't handle their increase of users over the new year. The food was amazing even though it was late. I then reordered in February. They sent me a damaged box of food that was thawed out. I contacted support to get a refund, but no one replied. I tried a total of 6 phone calls, 4 voicemails, and 3 emails over the course of two weeks and was completely ignored and ghosted. I even texted the owner of the company directly as I figured out he managed customer support for shipping and was still ghosted. Found out Bryan was trying to sell his business and give over his management to someone else. This transition was clearly implemented poorly. I was essentially scammed by this business. I reported it as fraud and my bank issued a refund. Ketoned Bodies apparently shut down for a restructure according to their website notification. I would not recommend this shady and poorly managed business to anyone unless if they want to be scammed, frustrated, and ignored.
