As a physical therapist I use a lot of equipment with my patients throughout the day and it's all good for a couple exercises with patients at a certain ability level. With the TherRex board I have a lot of different positions I can put my patients in and a large variety exercises I can do with them. I can also progress or regress the exercises by turning the board, making it good for patients of varying ability levels. No other piece of equipment will do that!
