Beware of billing procedures and total calculations of monies owed compared to job done. Plumber went to truck to write report but left without giving me a copy of work done, findings, time spent on job and final price. I received final invoice stating with what was done, brief findings and final price after requesting from office for 2 days. No times given. I was charged for 2 hrs when they were on property for under an hr. Although the source of the leak was not identified it is the business practices I would advise to be aware of.
