Beware of billing procedures and total calculations of monies owed compared to job done. Plumber went to truck to write report but left without giving me a copy of work done, findings, time spent on job and final price. I received final invoice stating with what was done, brief findings and final price after requesting from office for 2 days. No times given. I was charged for 2 hrs when they were on property for under an hr.
Although the source of the leak was not identified it is the business practices I would advise to be aware of.
I used this moodys plumbing to fix a urinal. The 2 workers were at my house working for 1 hr 20 min. I reviewed my camera for exact times. They said $85 to come out. I asked for a price to repair urinal before they started any work. They said difficult to say but possible 185 per hr. They fixed the urinal with a new part that costs $6 on Amazon. The bill at the end was $345! I called Monday morning and said I don’t mind paying fair price but this seemed a bit high. They wouldn’t give any refund back.
