The technician that was assigned to our home, Jonathan Gonzalez was great! He quickly assessed the issue with the item and made the repairs onsite. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the repairs in a timely manner. He also took care to ask me to try the chair again to make sure the repair was done to our liking.
