Very prompt, polite and efficient

The technician that was assigned to our home, Jonathan Gonzalez was great! He quickly assessed the issue with the item and made the repairs onsite. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the repairs in a timely manner. He also took care to ask me to try the chair again to make sure the repair was done to our liking. I would recommend his service.

Phil was very professional and courteous. Did a super job repairing a faulty piece of furniture from Wayfair. Thanks to Wayfair for arranging a competent repair person and fixing the problem.

I was very pleased with the furniture repair done by Phil at Furniture Solutions Network. We had a piece of Pottery Barn furniture arrive damaged with a dent and finished scraped off. Rather than returning it and having to wait 12 weeks to receive the replacement piece, we opted to have it repaired. Phil had great communication with me, arrived early, and had the damaged area repaired to the point that I could not even tell where the damage had been. Not only was his work great, but he was fast. The entire job was done in less than 20 minutes- a significant improvement versus waiting 12 weeks for a replacement piece. I took Phil’s card in case we ever need any other furniture repairs. I highly recommend Phil and Furniture Solutions Network!
