Many thanks to Elan from Audiology Innovations who assisted my father with a New hearing aid, as well as navigating through the process of repairing an older hearing aid still under warranty. We really appreciated that Elan accommodated us by doing a “house call”, and how he took care of all of the details pertaining to a warranty item. Wonderful to know that there are still people out there that deliver this level of personalized service. As a caregiver, I appreciated that he helped me understand some of the more technical aspects of the hearing aid so that I can better assist my parent.
