Rats nest…literally! That’s what I call our Ft Lauderdale rental. We moved in Thanksgiving week and within days the garage flooded due to a broken pipe in the garage which by the way has the garage door screwed shut. We have termite and cockroach poop coming out of the door frames and at least 6 rats living in the attic. BUT luckily the door gaps are big enough to let snakes in to take care of the rats!! Management makes promises but contractors don’t show up!!!
