Terrible company. They cannot get an order processed correctly. Twice I received my order wrong. I paid for an urn with a plaque containing my pet’s name on it and instead they sent a wooden box. The second time they finally sent the urn but the plaque doesn’t have his name. Mind you these options cost more money. Their service is terrible. I am a customer in grief and they are making this process very difficult. Terrible company.
