Dr Carrie Scarff did the initial evaluation and the testing was well explained and thorough. Her empathy, depth of knowledge and clear and precise presentation of the results and options were impressive. The experience was interesting and reassuring. Natasha, the Client Care Coordinator, is positive and caring. Any questions or concerns are answered with a smile and every effort made to meet my needs. Bryce, the Audiology Assistant, is the technician of the team. He handles the set up and fitting of the hearing aids and their use and care. Not only did he show me how to do things he also had me do it. I really appreciated the hands on experience. Everyone encouraged me to call any time if I had any problems, questions or concerns. I unreservedly would recommend Audiology Innovations Mount Royal location to anyone concerned about hearing loss.
