I am blown away by the team at Fred Lake. I reached out and sent some sample paper (as requested) for use with one of their embossers and received a helpful reply back with the next steps in the process. I'm so used to people not reading my emails in full (or at all really), so when I got a response from the rep saying she'd looked up the paper I wanted to use and reviewed the artwork I sent, I almost fell out of my chair.
