Roofers were great. They did a fantastic job. Gutter guys were horrible. Late coming to do the job. Had to get them back to correct mistakes. Still not satisfied with their work. But they disappeared before I inspected their work. I contacted the project manager on March 6th, because I asked a question regarding siding. He texted back saying he would call me shortly. I'm still waiting for that call. My dad had a roofing business when I was younger. I've helped him on countless jobs. I know roofing, I am just physically unable to do it. When we did jobs, we did all of it. Even the gutters, downspouts, and all sorts of aluminum work. Why can't your roofing crew do it all? I'm satisfied with the roofing crew, but the gutter crew needs improvement. I live in Morgantown, WV. I would like to be able to recommend your company to friends and family, but I just can't at this time.
