Called for a warranty repair on a less than 2 year old roof and never received a call back. Do not recommend.

Roofers were great. They did a fantastic job. Gutter guys were horrible. Late coming to do the job. Had to get them back to correct mistakes. Still not satisfied with their work. But they disappeared before I inspected their work. I contacted the project manager on March 6th, because I asked a question regarding siding. He texted back saying he would call me shortly. I'm still waiting for that call. My dad had a roofing business when I was younger. I've helped him on countless jobs. I know roofing, I am just physically unable to do it. When we did jobs, we did all of it. Even the gutters, downspouts, and all sorts of aluminum work. Why can't your roofing crew do it all? I'm satisfied with the roofing crew, but the gutter crew needs improvement. I live in Morgantown, WV. I would like to be able to recommend your company to friends and family, but I just can't at this time.

Hands down best roofers around, friendly, consistent, and hard working

Outstanding experience with Elite Roofing. Everything from the initial quote to the finished roof went flawless. Everyone showed up when they said and all questions were answered in a very timely manner. The roofing crew was very efficient and took pride in their work. Outstanding work ethic. Clean up was also outstanding. I even got to meet the office janitor who stopped by to check on the work. Would highly recommend Elite Roofing.

We had a great experience with Elite Roofing. From the quoting process completely through installation their communication was very good. The crew worked hard and was very professional. The finished roof looks great and the site was spotless when they left. Thank you for a job well done.
